I was on the 2 express subway downtown and this black guy gets on at 110th street. He has a guitar and an amp.

As soon as I saw that I knew it was going to be good.

He points at me.

He says, "This next song is for the white guy!" (I was the only white guy on the train and of course I was wearing a threadless tee)

Then he goes ahead and plays "play that funky music".

I was laughing so hard and so was everyone else in the subway.

It turned out to be the highlight of my night.

Have any of you herd Johnny Cash cover hurt? I don't like Nine Inch Nails but Johnny Cash does a great cover. Check out the youtube link if you haven't seen it.
