I know it's been said but I'm saying it again. I own Threadless shirts in America Apparel and Threadless. I hate it. I washed it and I'm just astounded. It's like it got EVEN longer. As I wore the Threadless shirt, it stretched out a lot so it clung to my stomach but got longer and got loose in weird places. My American Apparel shirts are still just fine. I air dry both brands. I guess from now on, I'm only ordering old shirts that are still on AA. And when they eventually sell out...I don't know...I guess I won't wear buy more Threadless shirts unless I know I will die without the design. *sigh*

And that's my opinion although I'm sure it's been said numerous times.

that's happened to me with some shirts... in that they get weird and loose at the bottom after getting washed

but that's happened with AA and fotl as well

so i blame tshirts in general... for sometimes being weird

When they are long, they make me look eww. Eeh, maybe I'll take a pic to show the difference. It's bad. :( Plus, they are thinner and I don't really like that either.

I switched to guys XS instead of girly shirts due to the sleeves and collar change. I feel about the same about all of them.

I've been avoiding anything reprinted on AA, I really don't like them.

The new shirts are made for people who actually have a waist... the others were boxy around the waist.

I guess I'm kind of scared to take chances though! I mean, I don't have a lot of money so I have to work very hard to buy a shirt. Eeh, it's like two or three hours of work when you include shipping...

Maybe next time I'll try a guy's S? I wear a girly L or XL in AA.

I mean, I'm 5'7'', have huge boobs...and a waist. I mean, I wear a L/XL but I'm not a beast. And so my Threadless shirt got super baggy around the waist because I have hips...I guess it stretched between the boobs and hips?
shilohcoral

I didn't dry it. I don't stick t-shirts in the dryer...
Torakamikaze

i wash everything cold and never dry

some tees just like to go wonky after the first wash... cause theyre jerks
shilohcoral
shilohcoral on Sep 29 '08 at 1:48pm
Oh yeah, I wash cold too.

Maybe what I can do is order a guy's M or L and then do some alterations and turn them into tunics :3

It shouldn't be too hard!

no....I think he means don't let them dry. you're supposed to store them in the bathtub and when you're wearing it you need to actually spritz yourself at least four times per minute.

I love the T-less brand. They're so comfortable and fit great. I'm now wearing a small instead of a medium, but they're nice.

I find the sizing a little wonky. Some of them fit perfect, some fit way too small. For some reason the men's black medium is super-small these days! I might have to move up to a large. But hey, all in all they're great, certainly a huge step up from FOTL.

But def cold water, inside-out hang to dry.

i hate the idea that you can put peanut butter AND jelly in one squeezable tube and it's gonna taste good.

I wonder why they are so inconsistently sized? I don't see how it's so damn hard for workers to sew from the same pattern...

Okay, now I'm being a bit mean...

The T-lees brand shirts are much thinner. I prefered the AA shirts. One of my new shirts already has holes in it after washing it only 10 times!! (cold with mild detergent, no drying)

Guess I wont be buying at T-less anymore unless it's on AA. Big shame, cause I love the designs!!

Y'know...I said I'd never buy a Threadless brand shirt again but I lied. I bought Mr.Mittens. But it didn't turn out as loose as Let's Rolls. This shit should be more consistent.

no me gusta the new threadless shirts. I got a small, and it was way too tight on me, unfortunately i dont wear it much for that reason and havent bought one in awhile since then.

You can't make the selection. Threadless chooses what kind of shirt to print on and they will print the whole run on that kind of shirt. It says when you're selecting your size "Printed on light blue American Apparel shirt" or whatever. Sometimes they'll have leftovers from a previous run in really rare cases. They might be on a different colour or brand.

My AA shirts I bought four years ago are still going strong. The threadless brand shirts I bought within the last year are already coming apart at the seams. I didn't like the thin, clingy threadless brand t-shirt fabric from the start, but the fact that they're falling apart already makes me think twice about spending the money.

I have such an incredibly long torso, so these new shirts are a GODSEND. Love 'em.
