Nah Sam, at the age of 14 you've got the rest of your life ahead of you. Keep practicing and you'll definitely start to see some improvements in your stuff.

I think art classes in school helped a bit, but you can still learn a lot outside of classes, or by taking classes outside of high school.

i don't take art classes (my schedule is way too busy) and i'm not a good artist, but it makes me happy.

so you just gotta kinda think, do you want to be good because it's impressive, or just cause it makes you happy?

yea definitely the threadless communities artistic ability is intimidating and frustrating, but i would just stick with it, there's no reason not to
