UPDATE: 5/7   Just an idea at this point, sketching something together as we speak...
 It's still in the very early stages of development, but I thought it would be funny to depict different license plates from characters of Middle-Earth. Of course, they would be more detailed and differentiated from each other, but I want to know your thoughts on the concept and if it's enough to get printed. Also, what's the general rule when using character's names and phrases from Tolkien's work. Is it legal to use the name Gandalf on a shirt, or would it need to be altered to something like G4ND4LF? Your input is greatly appreciated :)
