well, sigh...I got my face chewed off...
Well my first two submissions got blown out of the water, I was told the whole vector art thing is the kiss of death here, but it still stings. I still have one more vector submission to Ensor (wish I could just delete it. But I do have 2 original illustration submissions coming up so hopfully they won't end up lining a bird cage like my first ideas...bitter, nah LOL. Ok I'm done feeling sorry for myself time to get back to the drawing board. Wish me luck...

Hey-yo, don't let this get you down. What doesn't kill ya makes ya smarter, so now you're smarter. And your next submissions will have a better chance of winning!

Here's an example of a war-themed shirt that has a slightly better chance at success:

Now, there was a lot of artistic ability put into the shirt, and I'm not saying you need to be that good at drawing to pull off a war-themed shirt, but see how it's more aesthetically pleasing, AND it appeals to a wider audience?

It's a similar theme, but the different execution makes it a better design.



When you think up ideas, try to think of ways of communicating them that lots of people would like. And, of course, making the concept itself really appealing is good, too. (War isn't everyone's cup of tea)



Anyway, I hope you don't think I'm like MAN U SUCK CHECK THIS OTHER GUY'S WORK OUT...I was just trying to help...;x

I really hope to see you improve and get some better scores and stuff!
