How long does it take to be approved?

I was just wondering how long it takes to be approved because my designs have been pending for over 4 days.

I still have an order "currently being packaged" from October 23, 2007.

It's long been since resolved, money refunded and all...but it's still there in my account, taunting me...maybe one day it'll ship.
