I can't possibly write a new post for every single shirt that I received damaged or even list every shirt that IS damaged... I'm still in shock over the first half of them... so I'll just make a list of what's wrong with what I got:

Russian Newborn: Brown vertical stripe down the white nurse and across the pale part of the "mom"

Usual Day at Work: um, it's sticky, like glue, all around the collar and a few other seam areas... but allll around the collar, it's tackier than duct tape, ew. It also has a huge (like 4" wide, 14" tall on the vertical then 6-8" across, too!) iron print where an aqua shirt is suddenly white.

Hide and Sheep: not sure if it's okay to wash it, because on the inside, there's a really dark adhesive that is gooey and I'm scared it would soak through/stain the regular shirt ... it's on the front, on a big area that has no print on it

Tief Fairies: there was a long string dangling that had gotten the design pressed over. Now there's a stripe of no-design area and a colorful string.

Parable Paranoia, I always liked your porridge better, and Didn't have a clue (and Someday, almost forgot): designs are not the right size or on the right place... on someday, I have 2, so it's safe to say when one of the chicks is the size of the other chick's foot... there's a weird issue... the sizes aren't THAT different.

Le Romantique: The ink is flaking off several spots, there's a white streak on the colored part, and there's a black streak on the non-printed shirt area at the chest... and on top of that, the printing made the shirt gather somehow to make ridges all down it-so attractive, lemme tell ya

No Peeking, Peaceful Kingdom, Runnin Rhino (which is also sized wrong, safe to say with 5 other shirts being the same number and tee brand and totally different fits), Russian Newborn, Usual Day at Work: all have 2 vertical iron stripes where the shirt is faded enough to see from a few feet away and the printed part (if any) is damaged :(

I feel like this was the "sale of mess ups" ...

I also feel like crying because the shirts that are solid quality and that took the print part well are ALL either American Apparel or kids (half the kids being AA, half Threadless, and the AA ones are just better altogether)... even on the ones that got iron marks, the shirt quality itself is superior ...

So I'm bummed... I have 4 more shirts and a print coming tomorrow and want to cry, knowing they'll likely be sent back :(

All of this, too, was double-injury because Threadless failed, repeatedly, to respond to inquiries from me (to service @ threadless.com) and even instructions on my order to please contact me to make sure I had the sizes right...

BTW, anyone who hasn't already made the switch to Threadless' brand... the sizing isn't accurate. The men's large is smaller than they say (on all 4 of the shirts we have in that size), girly small is larger, and kids size 6 and 8 are both inconsistent on the Threadless brand. Oh, and one of my Threadless brand girly small ones happens to be 4 full inches longer than it is supposed to be.

Shame on threadless. I remember when they were a true boutique store. Now... my cafe press el cheapo shirts being better than these... is sad.

I've never had a problem with any of my shirts. About the adhesive on the inside, WASH IT. They have to use spray tack to hold the shirt on the pallet when printing, so yes, there will be residue, some heavier than others as they have to reapply it throughout printing. Contact Threadless I'm sure they will address your concerns and try to fix what they can.

Weird, I've never had an issue with any of the shirts I've received. And I have a lot of shirts.

I've been ordering 29-30 shirts every time my GC comes coz I happen to live in the third world and I would save enough on shipping if I take bulk orders but had never experienced anything like this.

I have had the glue-like stuff inside on one of my shirts. It did not wash off and is kinda scratchy when I wear the shirt.

All about me
First thing to note: If I sub'd a slogan (I did, actually) that originated elsewhere, please note that I GOT PERMISSION TO SUBMIT IT FROM THE VERY BUSY AWESOME PERSON WHO MADE IT POPULAR IN THE NERDFIGHTING CIRCLE OF LUV. That's all--if you don't know who John Green is, you're seriously missing out. :)

I have used Threadless since... um... college. A long time ago... in their really early days. I have since moved a few times, changed emails totally, and forgotten what my old login name on here was, so here I start again... ah, been a long time, but I'm glad this site is still thriving :)
