I was born and raised in the small town of Grand Junction, Co. My passion for the arts began at a young age and soon develop into a deep passion to bring beauty to the world around me.

I graduate from Mesa State College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002. Still undecided as to what to do with some of my artistic talents I decided to take the knoweledge he gained and teach others. Justin begain teaching in 2003 in the Denver Metro area. I was recognized as the Denver Mile High Teacher in 2004 by Mayor Hickenlooper and found myself working for Outward Bound Expeditionary Learning School, Mapleton Expeditionary School for the Arts (M.E.S.A.).

I worked with students from ages 12-18 bringing a wide variety of projects and understandings about the art world to these students. In addition, I also traveled all over the United States teaching other teachers about some of my best practices at various Nation Conferences.

As my 5th year of teaching approached, I decided to take some time and re-focus my passion, creating art.

I am currently working as a freelance artist in the Grand Junction area. I am working on my portfolio to introduce new art techniques and pieces. In addition, a new avenue of art, Tattoo Art, has me researching and practicing this skill in hopes to open up a tattoo study in the Grand Valley. Until then, I am doing various pieces and studying different artistic avenues.

I am hoping some of my "threadless" designs came some attention and also get some feedback from my fellow threadless community!
