how spensive was said bike..i.e. is is possible your homeowners/renters insurance could be used to help replace it



obviously moot point if the value of the bike is less or near the deductible

I didn't pay a whole lot for it since I got it off of Craigslist (about $200), but it's worth about $800, I think.
