Im sure this is a dumb question so it should be easy to answer... Why would anyone buy a print??? I pay 35 dollars and then what happens? i guess i dont really know what a "print" is

So I am not sure that I am doing the the whole submitting thing right. They ask for the thumbnail to be 100 by 70 but this distorts my shirt because before i change anything it is in 640 by 640 a square... I got rejected because "the quality of my image is too poor (pixilated or blurry). " and it doesn't look that way to me... any help??? It says to save my work at a higher res. but I dont know how to do that and I dont think that is the problem to be honest... help anyone???
