So i have a cute design drawn out but i dont have any of the programs for the comp. if i upload the drawn picture, would someone be willing to computer design it for me?

you might want to scan it and post it up in this blog before you ask because i'm sure whoever would be willing to do it will have to see what your idea is first.

click here and you can download Inkscape which is basically a free version of Adobe Illustrator. I downloaded it and have been messing around with it just to see what I can do, and from my experience most of the things are similar. You should be able to scan your image, create layers, color it, etc. (everything you need to have your design subbed).
