Gah, i feel depressed.
I'm 19 years old and i've never been kissed, or even on a date wit a girl. I know i'm not gay, but love has just really never been a big thing in my life....but now i'm starting to with i had tried to go out with someone in high school.

thing is, i have a lot of disorders. i mean, like, mental problems.
to be specific, here's the big four:
tourette's syndrome
ocd
adhd (major)
asperger's syndrome (maybe, i've seen the symptoms and my neurologist hinted that i might have it, but never been tested for it, so i can't really say...)

These things put me at a big social disadvantage. at the few parties i've gone to, i don't have a good time, i end up walking around by myself and leaving about an hour after i go, because i'm bored and don't think anyone will want to talk to me anyways. in other words? I'm antisocial. which might have something to do with the asperger's, idk.

so on top of these disorders, i guess i have a self esteem problem? when i was a little kid my adhd was really REALLY bad, and i was so hyper and obnoxious that everyone started to hate me. i guess the feelings of guilt i've had since then have followed me throughout my life, causing me to become antisocial because i think that i'm weird and no one will like me...

aaah, i'm rambling. the point is, because of these things i've never had a girlfriend, never been kissed and yes, still a virgin.
i'm really sad now, so, yeah....
could anyone out there help me?

That's why i sent this email to Cartoon Network!
Tell me, is it too strong? Too soft?
I wanted to tell them to stop showing that live-action crap as nicely as possible, and didn't use my real name.

Here's the email I sent:

Dear Cartoon Network,

As a loyal fan ever since 1992, i am sorry to say that I am disappointed with your "CN Real" block. If what I am about to say sounds harsh, it is only because I love this network too much to see it go off the air once and for all.

The whole "CN Real" thing is flawed from the beginning. Your name is the "CARTOON network," not the "Cartoon and Reality Network." Having so much live action defeats the whole purpose of the channel!
If that isn't reason enough to make some changes, then maybe this will: kids need animated cartoons to let their imaginations grow. If kids just see reality all the time, they'll grow up too fast and will become robot-like without any artistic creativity. Can you imagine how bad that would be?
Still not convinced? Okay, how about this:
I know Nickelodeon and Disney get more ratings because they have live action shows, and I know that your thought process has been, "Well, WE need live action shows, too, to keep up in the ratings!" But with so much bad live action, don't you see you're hurting yourselves MORE? You're getting rid of the one thing people go to your network to REALLY watch: Cartoons. If you keep alienating your viewers like this, then I believe that your network will die a slow and painful death.
I'm just a 19 year old kid whose opinions probably don't matter to you at all, but I hope you have read this message in its entirety and will start to change your ways and make more great cartoons like Chowder and Flapjack and Adventure Time. And on a last note, think about this: wouldn't it be great to make a cartoon that could outdo those live action shows on Nick and Disney? It would be good for the fans AND the company. Think about it!

so i was just riding in my car down the street and i stop at a four way stoplight. i get the green light to go and i start to turn left, but THEN, this DOUCHEBAG runs a FREAKING red light and ALMOST HITS ME!!!!

Luckily i stopped immediately, and he swerved to the right.
GAAAAAWWWWWWDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!

I could've died!!! HE could've died!!! WE BOTH COULD'VE DIED!!! Right after that i suddenly felt very cold, like death's hand was right on my shoulder...
I don't think i'll sleep tonight....

Well, to get my mind off of my failed submission, i'm going to show you a movie i made.



I drew it all by hand on paper with pencil and inked it with a black pen, scanned it into my computer and colored it, edited it, and scored it with garageband.

i hope you all like it, i worked really hard over the last 4 days to make it as perfect as I could.

So, people keep telling me that i should do some half tones on my newest critique.

thing is, how do i DO half tones? do i just draw individual little dots? If i do, that sucks. Can't i just use gradients? Doesn't that have the same effect?!

I just submitted my design, "Sad Kitty," and the scoring ended early. It got a 1.63 out of 5. Are low scores on this site a good thing? Or is it a high score I want? Because I haven't gotten an e-mail telling me that it's been rejected, yet.
