Yeah, looking back to when I drew it, I was focusing on the lungs/roots and getting that to work really well.
Since they're already rather visually busy, I didn't want the tree to compete and make the image even busier. Looking at it now, though, it could definitely use a little more detail, more branches/leaves.
Thanks for all the comments!

thanks for all the comments.
as far as the words go... I kinda liked something that made a call for action. I do like the image itself, but the words kind of give a nudge to 'do something'... whether this causes someone to 'plant a tree' or perhaps just think about other environmentally responsible actions to partake in.
the illustrator in me tries to make the drawing stand on its own and speak for itself, but i feel the words complete the message.
as for the color of the shirt... i'm not exactly sure what the brown shirt looks like in person, but hopefully it's a nice balance between the lighter template and darker photo mock-up.
Plant a Tree!
Hopefully the design speaks for itself. The lungs represent how trees "breathe in" co2 gases, helping to slow global warming. Trees also give off oxygen, allowing us to breathe. I just wanted to promote concern for the environment.
