skunks.  how skittish are they? i'm loving that my new canadian abode has these - plus raccoons and black squirrels - cavorting around the back yard my room opens onto. but i'm a bit paranoid of stepping outside and startling the skunk that lives underneath. still trying to work out if he has bad dreams or what, as once in a while a little whiff drifts in. that's fine 'n' all, but would rather not get a direct hit of it. ps - raccoons are full of win.
