I hate when people label someone something, and yet they dont even really know what it means. Just because someone wears something, doesnt make them emo. Its more of how they act, same thing with being "punk". You cant just dress like you are one, you have to have the attitude to go along with it.

I also hate labeling, a lot. Plus, happiness and joy are emotions too aren't they? So when your happy you must be emo too! Give me a break. Some people just need to get a life and stop worrying about labeling things.

What kills me about the term 'emo' (especially when applied as a musical genre) is that anything you work on is emotional. If I created an album tomorrow, it would be filled with my emotions, regardless of what it sounds like.

True, the lable 'emo' doesn't suit the 'style' (if it may be called so).

At any rate, I enjoy the shirt. I think it gets away without being too whiney.

Unlike "Boulevard of Broken Dreams". Hell, that song is whiney AND egoistic.

See, to me, this shirt is too whiney. I MIGHT wear it maybe one time, like after a break up or something, but even then, it's like "Oh, you're girlfriend broke up with you? Tell the whole freaking world why don't you." I mean, I'm not like going insane over this shirt, I was just joking...as i said before...
