The company that sends you stuff from America that you send to it?
I know that's a bad description, but basically there is an American company. You send stuff to it where the seller won't sell internationally. Then you pay the company to forward it on to you (shipping it).

It's a way for people to get stuff that'd normally not be able to be shipped direct.

Anyone have a clue as to how to refind it. I did stumble across it once but I have no idea where or what it was.
