My design got rejected!(?)

The e-mail said it was a template issue, but I'm not really sure what's wrong with my template. Could someone help me figure out how to make it right?

These are the right dimensions. Just scaled down for this blog.

Alsooo, I rushed to get this done and didn't get a critique going for it. What do you guys think of it? I'm still wondering if I should ask if it can get back in the comp.

It is on a shirt. It's just almost black on black. The concept and design are solid work, I think you just need to put that black shirt on a lighter background

I can see it, but voters would likely only glance at it and a glance is too short to clearly see it. If there's one with a lighter background go with that because it's probably for the best.

I like the design and concept. Probably a tee issue. Your black background is more black than a tee. Just place it differently, maybe a small tee in the corner with some outline so people can see it :)
