Trying something NEW! // need help, etc!

Decided to mix up what I'm doing a bit. I very much need help deciding on what 'articles' should be on the cover of this and how many of them as well. A critique is more than welcome, along with any ideas and suggestions.

I'd say only 3 or 4 other articles MAX: you don't want it getting TOO cluttered.
As to subject matter:
- Something about helmets

yeah id say about 3 as well. Im thinking the date should be more of
Jan 1967 since the mags are usually monthly? but small issue anyway

Yeah I'm thinking three as well. Time to look at old vogue magazines or something for inspiration. weird.

something with 'GOLDEN BOOTS' in it. Something about Pluto. And looking at old vogue magazines, some of them only have one or two articles on the cover. I'd say keep it at that.

I think is great. The color and fonts are really great.

My two-cents: If you want to line-up the text on the right side, I would ad two more articles and push the astronaut to the left so the helmet is more centered between the T and Y. If you are considering putting the article text on the left, to off-set the larger feature article, I would add three articles and keep the astronaut centered.

Either way it will look great.

^Yeah that's a good point. I hadn't played at all with having him anywhere but the center. and I'm liking what xiv suggested. Something along those lines might work perfect.
