I want to sincerely apologise cause I hadn't seen all the comentaries before. I red almost all of them but I hadn't seen this one particularly. My apologies.

Anyways I still think that Threadless should have let you know there was another design similar to yours and they should have asked my opinion to see if I would mind to have your design published at least to avoid polemical situations of this kind.

Of course I understand the people, they can like one design more than the other but that's not what matters this time. I think that what matters is that Threadless has published your design knowing there was another very similar already published, so they took the risk to bother me at first, then to bother you, and at last to create a polemic situation between the participants and voters tastes.

To sum up, I really understand your stance. It's not your fault cause I truly believe you didn't copy it. It's Threadless the one who didn't act correctly.

In any case, the "harm" is already done. I'll keep on sending my designs as I've been doing cause at least know don't see any reason not to do it. It's nothing serious but a little bit annoying and I think that Threadless should be more careful in this kind of situations.
