Reading is good, just absorbing everything around you works too, and when I'm driving I turn off the music sometimes and just THINK. Every once in a while something just pops in there too and you gotta capture it before it runs away. Also, talking to people and just trying to have fun sometimes lets slip a good slogan or idea for a slogan.

Sometimes I am just motivated by the fun of experimenting

I like to google image search sunflowers and then work from there... If that doesn't work, I take the very first thought that pops in my head and work on it. In the process of realizing that idea sucks, I find a way to make it work or I have a better idea and start on that. This goes on and on until I have something decent. Trust your initial idea. The subconcious is usually better than the concious.

Mainly. On the bus. And if it's not on the bus then it's just as I'm about to fall asleep. And I haven't gotten into the habit of keeping a pad beside my bed yet so I'm going to need to work on that.
