hi!

I'm new here, so I was wondering about a question. so how does everyone get their designs to look all professional, is it on a computer program or are you drawing them out?

And hopefully one day I will have a design ready!!

photoshop and illustrator are the two most widely used programs; i know something about photoshop but don't own illustrator

but yeah to answer your question further you might want to get a hold of photoshop and even illustrator maybe (though i find that much harder to work with) and it would probably benefit you to have access to a scanner because i believe it's much easier to create a successful design if you first do the linework by hand.

in addition to what ginette said- you might also want a tablet. i have a bamboo fun and its nowhere near professional but it gets the job done.

and remember if you are scanning a b&w design remove color because there are random scanner color pixels thrown in to the pic

it doesn't come with Photoshop. it comes with Photoshop Elements (I think), which is a far cry from the most recent Photoshop CS3.
