What is considered a good rating for a slogan?

Is it ok if the word ass or whoop-ass appears on a shirt or is that to vulgar?

Somebody needs to make a site like cafe-press (CP) where you can add anything to a shirt and sell it in your own store

BUT WITH...

the freedom to design anywhere on the shirt like you can threadless, cause on CP the design area is very limited with a centered image and no special techniques or belt printing...

Can you have a belted printed design and then another design in the middle?

EXAMPLE: can I belt print single color circles & then in the center have a triangle saying "I hate circles"

^^^Just an ex. not a real idea for a shirt....

I am using Illustrator and ned a gif file for my thumbnail but it refuses to let me save with a .gif at the end of the file name. ANY HELP?

It says recommended 1 color but if you really really really want multi-color belt prints can you do it???

*What are the designs boundaries, Can my design go onto the sleeve area if I wanted it to???
