I opened it in Illustrator and drew a design to test it. What do I do then???

Am I supposed to put the design on 1 of the shirts and put it in the boxed area?
Is this shirt supposed to be in the box with the design or should the design be alone?

OTHER QUESTIONS:

How do I put the design on the back of the shirt?

How do I add the special techniques like foil?

Well, I am relatively new, but heres what I do:
1. I make my design on a 9.5x12 illustrator file
-This is so that when you make the 640x800 file for submission it is already that size-ish.
2. I copy the template of the Tee color I want into the first file I made.
So in summary, you don't need to use the file they gave you, just the picture.
I would show both design on tee, and design alone.

Umm, I think you just say in your first post what will be in foil? Never done it but that's how I've seen it done.
