Not that I don't like the design -

But what's the idea with making the tones so soft they're hardly distinguishable from the shirt itself? On a design this detailed?

I love the design but since its so detailed and people would want to examine it (me included), I'm not a fan of the placement, so I'll be passing on this one.

I think it would be way more effective if it were colored... then it wouldn't just look like a big blob

Sorry, but the contrast was a conscious decision on my part. With so much action going on, I felt that a high contrast would make it look too busy. As for the color, with only 5 to work with, at the time, I felt this was the only way. Thanks for the interest in the design though!
