I put this through critiques but wanted to get some feedback from the blogs as well. What do you think and is there any way it can be improved? Thanks!

I went to see Avatar at the weekend and I can't get over how disappointing it was. It was like a check-list of hollywood cliches being ticked off:

More muscles than brain lead character - check
Extensive CGI use to cover up a weak plot - check
Lame love interest side plot - check
Rehashed dialogue - check
Rousing 'we can overcome the odds' speech - check

Please someone tell me I'm not going mad. I'm sure I've heard lines such as 'I was hoping you were going to say that' and 'I didn't sign up for this' in other movies?

What do you guys think? Disappointing or did you love it?
