I am new and feel like I have spent hours missing something right in front of me. I understand the basics of file set-up but I am having some problems uploading my designs for critique. I have tried setting up the document, in Photoshop, to 100 x 70 pixels and making it a gif. Im guessing that means 100(W) x 70(H)? Not only that I cannot get my image under 80KB. Also, do I have to upload images for step two and three?

Please Help, I would appreciate it greatly so I can join in on the festivities 8 )

try going to file - and then save for web

Only the thumbnail must be 100x70 GIF. So you can just select a smaller part of your design for that.

I am motivated by the interaction of others and this site is great for me because I can get the opinions of people from all over. I am an up and coming designer and musician without a band or a company to work for 8 ) And damn it I'm gonna keep running with it and pick up a pair a scissors on the way. The fact is that I just need to find that one niche and we will see.
