Find the Critique here!

This was a submission to Shirt.Woot a few months ago. The Theme was "Green." I had a couple of submissions, this happened to be the poorest of the designs I made. I'd like to take this design farther, so I am posting it here as a critique for feedback and ideas. Later, I'd like to submit it as a design.

Since the original submission I have only made a couple minor changes to the design so that the critiquing process can be the main contributor to the design process.
