What program do all you designers use to make nifty designs? Photoshop? Illustrator? Paint?

I love 3 House so much. I have this shirt and bought it about 14.8732 years ago... so it's totally ruined. I hate wearing ratty old homeless person clothing so now I can't wear it. Soooo....
