• I wouldn't say that it can't be a good tee because of a simple design. I think there needs to be a concept to be a good tee. Right now it's just a well done bear.

• I really like the concept. I like the colour of your pot (an orange pot would make the pot the first thing you look at).

  Suggestions: You could try removing the pot and have it in the "ground". Your music tree is also a little scraggly. You could try looking up shapes that go with your notes well like a willow or something and make a full tree. You could try an asymmetrical placement.

• I really like the simplicity of this design. I don't think you should add stars. I would make it glow in the dark even on the black shirt. I would wear this shirt.

• I'm just going off the title, but perhaps you can put in some strobe lights or something coming from the neck area and shoulders. It might make it a bit more party-ish.
