Hello friends! I've missed y'all ever so much! Here is an update since we last updated:
1. I got a new job! Designing textiles @ Eddie Bauer. So rad, but so busy that I can't workblog. 2. It is 53028°F in Seattle and we have no a/c. My fingernails are sweating. My eyelashes are sweating. My sweat is sweating. It's even too hot for beer. 3. Early Saturday morning (around 3am) I came home drunk and my husband was up drunk and we watched this skateboard thing on M2 (I think). They were showing footage all around the city while they talked about how neat-o Chicago is, when all of a sudden they flashed alex's unprinted work:  Neat! Anything new with you guys? How was Comicorn?
Thanks to insomnia, I did not sleep one minute last night. During the foggy haze of fitful tossing and turning, my brain theorized that Pretty Woman was clearly inspired by the very same Prince song in which Julia Roberts' whore character sings along to in the bathtub scene.
Behold the evidence: You dont have to be rich to be my girl - Whores are rarely rich, however Dick Gere's character still wants the whore as his girl. You don't have to be cool to rule my world - Julia Roberts was not cool in the eyes of the upper class where Dick Gere's throne reigns. Ain't no particular sign I'm more compatible with, I just want your extra time and your........kiss - Dick pays Julia more money to stay with him AND she claimed early in the movie how she doesn't kiss on the mouth!! I just reblew my own mind.

II. 3 year old iMac died, had to buy a new one with a gianter screen and a tinier keyboard. III. Last week, I met UPSO. A. We went to my favorite bar and played pool.  B. We tag teamed an UPSOMEZO COLLABO in the bathroom.  C. We saw arts at an artwalk.  IIII. I've missed y'all so much. Let's share a cookie.

2. Backing up the Mac today so I can erase it's HD and reinstall everything because I am sick of the spinning lollipop of destruction mocking my every move.  3. Just now, a cat tried to jump up into my lap only to get too nervous and misshoot which resulted in his claws digging into my bare thighs and him hanging on for dear life. 4. Not even a Totino's party pizza for lunch has cheered me up.  5. Tuesday rhymes with bluesday, boosday, & boozeday.
...this is a late delayed thanks for the 90s mix you posted a while back. I uploaded all 3 parts and am tickled pink with all the Empire Records tracks.

2. THANK YOU THREADLESS  3. On Wednesday, I've got an interview with Nordstrom to work as a girl's print designer. They've given me 5 fake projects to do and present to them. I've done 4 so far and am stoked. Wish me luck! This would be my dream job! 4. My 3 year old iMac is being a brat and running super slow, which is dumb. 5. Saw The Hangover this weekend. You guys should go see it, too. It pairs well with a large fountain cherry Cola & a splash of Jack Daniels. 6.  ...and made a bastard art baby.
