... Cati and I'm from Spain (so please excuse my not-so-good english). I thought I should introduce myself :D
Well, as I said I'm not a designer whatsoever. I just love photography, image in general... all things visual appeal me. Now I'm starting to think that I could make good tees too... with loads of training, obv. I'm looking forward to buy a tablet so I can draw. I've never worked with Ai but as I've been working (amateurish) with Ps I think I can manage (well, with a little help from my friend Total Training lol). So if anyone has an advice/trick/recommendation for me in that matter I'll really appreciate it - I mean about Ai and about tablets too, why not! I'll have to give it a try so I can get it out of my system. Feels like I'm not contributing enough to this community by scoring/commenting on designs. See you around!

I'm running a short term plan that includes ruling the world and expanding the threadless community by ordering tees to give them as birthday gifts. If it works, you threadless guys are going to make something to lower shipment fees to Spain mwaaahwaaaahwaaaaah!
Btw, not designer nor anything related to design (accountant in fact, boh, can you spell boring?) but I'm in love with image/photography/art. |
If you draw A LOT and are really into digital illustration, then getting a tablet would be a very good investment.
If you're still learning to draw though or just don't do it so often and just doodle once in a while I wouldn't recommend getting one and sticking with pen and paper instead. . . they take a little getting used to and pen and paper is much less expensive.
Also, a lot of people find it easier to just work with a mouse in Illustrator instead of a tablet, I know I do. . . I also love my tablet dearly though. . .
don't know if this was what you were talking about in terms of advice, but hope this helps.
