I'm a Historian.

Most of my research concerns this hard drinkin' genius of the late 1790s. James Gillray. A keen observor and visual satirist of English pomposity and mannerisms at the time, Gillray would regularly drink on the job, make outrageous bets with his reputation at stake and died insane, suffering from gout.



I look at dirty pictures from the 18th century and explain why they're so important.

I also read comics a lot.
