Don't know if it's artists submitting elsewhere, but SEVERAL designs are being sold by this "new" web site and for 20$ no less.

No. They buy them and resell them. Check out the credit:

The site seems to say that the shirts are designed by Threadless, if you look carefully enough, but still. It's kind of stupid that they're charging $5 more than Threadless is for the same thing.

Is there a FAQ on this site? There seems to be 5 or 6 questions that are asked ad infinitum.
