Hm, were you logged in when you first added those items? That could be it, or if you were no longer logged in and then went to log in again our system sometimes dumps the items in the cart (an error we're working to fix). Also, a cookies or cache clearance on your browser could have made it happen.
It looks like that Estimated shipping charge is being based off a different shipping method, perhaps chosen with your last order. Click that "check out!" button and then select "edit" next to Shipping Methods. You should see the free Postal shipping option there. Hope that helps!
