• Just thought I'd say that I love your idea. I love tattoos (eventhough it would be on a shirt the concept is cool). I would def go with only one sleeve not two (might look to complex and flooded) especially if you want it to have the look and feel of a real tat (how often do you see two of the same tattoos on someones body).
  
  I don't quite know what it is about the tail, but I just don't like the way that the tail is sort of rounded off, the end of it just doesn't appear striking enough for my taste (eventhough it does appear to be surrounded by flame or tail spikes).
  
  I like the overall design and image. As for colors, I'm not sure if you wanted to appear as close to a real tattoo as possible, but if you were you def need to make sure that it stands out and is bold...We're talking opposite ends of the spectrum bold, but the flowers very colorful. It might even look nice as a black shirt with your dragon in white with colorful flowers, I think that would stand out very well.
