I don't know how to get a (good) job.

The job market is hard, blah blah, I am always underqualified because no one ever hires recent grads! None of the places I want to work, at least. I don't want to settle doing like..office administration or something, but I feel like it has come down to that.

So.

I'm sad.

I also don't know how to sell my car.

I was recently told that if you email 2000 people you will maybe get 10 replies and out of that get 2 jobs if you are lucky, you need to pin point the jobs you want and start contacting as many people in that area of the industry as you can, its a numbers game till you get more reconized,

this is what I have learnt not experience tho...

My car is in great condition but in 3 days it's been posted, I have only gotten one email about it, and they only wanted a special version of the car. A car with extra letters at the end, like "FOCUS XLS! WE ARE SO SPECIAL!"

Heck yes! They actually bought 5 of my photos, so it is the entire cd packaging, the cd itself, the record sleeve, and posters :)

Or there was a children's illustrations one that pays like 50-80k a year. Bamf money. I know I told you about it! Because I wasn't qualified.

And today I saw one where you get paid $15 for every coloring book page you make that are supposed to help kids learn to read or something. But it's in Redwood city..

Design / animation / stop animation / photo editing/retouching (since I can't be hired as a professional photographer...le sigh)

Just everywhere I look, it says 2/3/4/5+ years of experience. They never count my 7 internships :/

I just found one today that's 6 months and a possible job opportunity afterward, so I am applying.

But for the most part, internships here are free??? I have never, ever taken a free internship, and I need money too badly to work for a place for free, even if they are an amazing company. Or, I could take one, then I'd have to get a paying menial position on the side and then too many hours a day working.
