herky! i am curious!

have you gotten your prize prop from the movie yet? and what was it? i hope it was one of those giant hands....or the plush typewriter. but the whole movie was really colorful and beautiful, so i bet anything is worth having.

ameliaslash-yes I received a box from threadless with all the prizes and goodies (it contained 12 DVD's, a calendar, some books, a signed movie poster, stickers postcards and a manuscript/screenplay from the movie-which I assume is the prop; I was also hoping for an object such as the typewriter or hands-I'll double check with Threadless that this indeed is the prop. I'll take a picture of the various items/prizes once I receive my T-Shirts (which should be arriving soon):)

That script was a nice surprise. We weren't even expecting to receive it! It has a ton of drawings and plus it's signed!

I think the calendar was the prop. It's the full "disaster" calendar from the movie. Only 500 or so were made and Michel Gondry signed EVERY MONTH! I'm jealous. I had the item in my hads and I let it slip away. Curse you, herky.

Thanks BNannas, I really enjoy all the terrific prizes, and I loved "The March of the Penquins" DVD . I need to put the calendar in safe keeping now and take it down before it gets damaged. Don't curse me too much :)

When I saw the movie I wanted a calendar and was hoping that they would produce them so I could buy one. I wish they had made more than 500. I would have loved to have one. I envy you herky!
