Digital SLR Question
Does anyone have experience with the Sony A-200 or with the sony brand of slr's? How do they compare to Canon, Nikon, etc.?

If you don't have any experience with Sony do you have a brand you prefer over others.

I'm looking into getting a dslr, but don't have a lot of money so it will probably have to be an entry level model. The A-200 seems good and is cheaper than the competition, but I would be willing to spend a little extra if it was worth it. Thanks to any help.

A lot of the Sony technology came from Konica/Minolta. They bought their designs when they went out of business, so it is not like they started from scratch. Have a konica/minolta made from just before they were bought out, it is a great camera.
