about MP(3)

As a loyal threadless buyer, I was shocked and appalled to find in a department store a copied design of MP(3) being sold in the men’s section. The store is called Myer, and it resides in the Sunshine Plaza on the Sunshine coast of Queensland, Australia.
I have uploaded a photograph from my phone to my web space. I have seen a blog post about the t-shirt and a number of people have seen the same shirt, the brand is called Republic. Here is a link to the picture I took:

And have you contacted myer about it, or republic?

If not, how do you expect anything to be done about it?

Maybe Myer got lucky elsewhere, and actually got paid for it? Though perhaps I am not cynical enough today, yet...

If Myer had nothing to do with it at all, then there must be a suit in there somewhere!

There's already been a blog about this. I've seen it too, but now that I see them side by side, they're actually not the same. They've just mirrored two of the guys obviously but they've added two new ones. It's obvious whoever did this copied the idea though. I don't know how similar two things have to be before action can be taken.
