well if there is a full moon yes it will be somewhat lit, or if there is a street light nearby...

You might want to change the title of this blog or add something to it. I feel people who don't speak /understand Tagalog or Filipino will simply ignore this blog. And this is something really cool. This could be applied not only in the Philippines but other 3rd world countries as well.
