do you have adobe acrobat? Maybe I'm not understanding, but I think what you want to do is open Acrobat and click create pdf from mulitple files, then add the two together and click create. But maybe you mean something else. . . ?

you can do it easily with adobe indesign too (i don't know anything about acrobat)
