select tshirt and color limitS?!

wats threadless SELECT tshirts??can any one explain?
secondly : why some tshirt who have more than 8 colors get printed do they select some shirts and print them if they have high scores tho they pass this limit?
am working on new design which passes this limit so? wat u all think bout this issue

Once you are printed like 5 times, you get to do another design with less limits and stuff....

shirts with more than 8 colors can be printed using simulated process printing.
And as far as I know, Select shirts are just shirts where the designer is allowed to do whatever they want on a shirt and bypass the voting process.
Do you have to get printed 5 times though before you're allowed to do a Select? I thought it was just 4?
