It's the next day now, and I started coloring.

Damn Lonneke, this is fantastic work. I think this more polished style would go over better with the voters, and this might be your first print, I certainly hope so.

I guess that was what I was going for Krimson.

The contrast between the fluffyness of the kitty, and the sort of hardness of the buildings.

Do you have a suggestion to make them come closer together?

I've added some elements to make the composition more triangular.

I am unsure if this is wise.

Any help will be appreciated, because I really want this one to become as perfect as I can get to it.

The goofiness of the mice-people seems too Dr. Suess for how realistic the cat is. If they were more towards cartoonish, I could see it feeling better.

I actually like the juxtaposition of the different styles, and I think tat the addition of the stairway on the right is neccessary to balance the image. The colours you have used are great, although I am not that convinced about the colour of the conical roof.

I am liking where this is going. I hope that this will be your first print!

I think I finished.

I worked on the feet, and added white in th buildings, so they look less heavy.
