Good evening everyone. I have a question, should you use the scoring system for submitted designs to 'get back' at someone? For example, if you score someones design a zero because they had spammed in the past and disregarded the intended use of the scoring system, to voice an opinion on how a design is, is that not almost as bad as spamming? I would just like to get some opinions...

To no longer leave shamless plugs with my comments on designs. As a newbie I did not realize how annoying they are, but now that I am learning the ropes I promise to stop.
