Hey Threadfolks!
I've decided to start doing an auction of one piece of handmade (by me!) jewelry per month (First Friday of every month) on Ebay. I'm going to donate 100% of the proceeds to a charity of the buyers choice! I'll get paid through paypal, and then I'll donate it directly to the charity the buyer has chosen. The first auction is going to end in about an hour and a half and I need your help spreading the word. Here is the link: http://bit.ly/nYDSrB Yay for charity!
Hi Threadsters!
I am writing to you with about 4 hours left as a Threadless employee. An excellent job opportunity for my husband has come up in California, so we are heading West! I've been really lucky to have the unique experience of knowing what it's like to love your job, and the people you work with too. I'll obviously still be an active member of the Threadless community and hopefully I can help spread the word to some Californians who haven't yet heard about us! If any of you are in the SoCal area, please let me know! It would be fun to connect with some folks I kind of already know through the Threadless world. Thanks for being such an awesome part of my time here, and I look forward to whatever is ahead of us :) xoxo, Ayca
I totally saw Alex Solis breakdancing at the Bulls game last night. I think. Alex, please confirm!
Look! This fabulous design is now available on asphalt tees too!
Yay!
Hey all!
It's time for the annual Walk4Hearing event in Chicago! This event gathers thousands of people nationwide in an effort to end the stigma associated with hearing loss and to provide support and resources for hearing loss prevention and education programs through the Walk4Hearing™. Chicago's walk is on October 16th. If you are around and up for a stroll in Lincoln Park, it would be amazing if you walked with our team (team cha cha!). Please check out my fundraising page, and also please help spread the word. Every bit of support helps so much, and means a *ton* to me. xoxo, ayca
Hi!!
Another thought... What if the artists of our kid-friendly designs provided us with an uncolored version of their designs for parents to print out for their kids to color on? Also, maybe these could potentially be available to download and save in Microsoft Paint for the older kids to doodle around with. If you're a parent, would you dig this? Even if you are not a parent, do you think it'd be cool? Please discuss!
Hey all!
I had a thought and wondered what you all think about it... What if the artists of our kid-friendly designs wrote super short stories for parents to read to/with their kids? If you're a parent, would you dig this? Even if you are not a parent, do you think it'd be cool? Discuss!
Threadless!
Here is my plea for help. My fiance and I are getting married in June. We've pretty much got everything figured out, and cannot wait for the big day. We recently registered for gifts with Crate & Barrel, and realized they have a contest called "The Ultimate Wedding Contest" currently going on. In order to enter, we had to write three mini essays that fit their requirements. In the first, we had to write about our "love story" - i.e. how it all began. In the second, they had us list three important factors about our upcoming wedding. and in the third, we had to describe our dream day. We are hoping to be one of the lucky 18 couples that get chosen for a fabulous prize, and we need your help. Please please please view our entry, and vote for us. Please Vote Here! Awesome.
Alright so... I've run a few marathons and know firsthand that it's a lot of miles to do something like that. But what this girl is doing is just plain crazycakes, in a good way. She is literally running across America just to inspire people to follow their passions, AND to raise money for Girls On The Run, an amazing organization.
I thought a lot of you might think this is super awesome like i do, so check the site out if you get a chance! Pave Your Lane |

I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
