I'd like to see more connection to the actual show... I mean maybe make the cows look like some of them? Or maybe make a black cow with a baby, I dunno. It's just that without the title it won't make sense to many people.

yea, this is still a work in progress. I've never watched the show myself but i'm always up for a good play on words. The space needle will be added to the background because apparently they show that in the beginning and end of the program. So if anyone has any good suggestions, let them fly...

On the show, the residents all wear light blue scrubs, the attendings all wear navy blue scrubs and the nurses wear light green scrubs. Maybe have some of the cows wearing different colors?

thanks for the useful info beckenheim! I guess the cows further away can be in light blue while the ones up front in either navy blue or green. I haven't done the grass yet but it will resemble heart rate machine blips.

Its going to be of a (half black/white half color) macaw parrot that flew into a window and lost it's bright colors from the impact. I'm going to use water color paint to get some action splats!

I like the green scrubs and we talked about giving them name tags, so thanks a ton for the suggestions! I like the idea a lot of two of the cows hooking up, possibly while another one watches quite shocked. Also, we gotta throw a clipboard in there i think for the doc on the ground, and we're still gonna add an ambulance on cinder blocks in the background or at least an ambulance that also looks like a tractor. Keep the suggestions about the show coming, because I have never seen it either and just thought the idea was fun and silly.

Maybe make some of the cows more gender specific? Heels or hair for the female cows?

I was hoping the girls on the show wore Crocs like they do in the ER i work for, cause nothing says funny to me than cows wearing Crocs! But yeah, high heels and sneakers works too. Maybe we'll give the McCheesy cow a slight Dempsy hairdo too!

Aahahah I think I've only seen someone wear Crocs once or twice on the show and they were obviously the ones without holes in them so it was less funny.

Dangit....o well. Sneakers and ridiculous high heels it is then!

lol, my bad FA.. I was eager to get some feedback on it since i don't have much free time during the week. A clipboard would be a great addition! The name tags would be a subtle detail though and might not even be legible on the design itself. I forgot about the ambulance on blocks! good thing you reminded me.

I don't know about sneakers and high heels though, seems like that would be taking it a bit too far. But different hairstyles would be fun to do. What do you guys think about the cows in the background, should they be regular grazing cows or dressed up in scrubs too?

No probs ED! Most of the time on collabs we can just bang back and forth idea on it, but on some collabs like this one where we both haven't really watched the show much or ever, GA fans can really throw some good ideas at us.

Nice clipboard and tractulance addition, duder. We could even blow out the tractor a bit to make it look more tractor-ish, maybe with a tiller being towed behind it? Maybe push it a bit further into the background? Also, maybe figure out a way to have the cows on the right groping or hooking up a bit more without being too gross or graphic? Maybe we can put McCreamy's name as well a little more noticeable, perhaps on the clipboard as well? Way to make the grass look more like EKG's too, I think it's a fun lil joke whether people notice it or not! You're right tho, it's almost ready for sub time. I'm gonna start writing some copy for this.

The cow in the blue scrubs.. his, or rather her head seems unattached somehow to me. love the EKG grass. the front 3 cows are missing their tails.. It looks like they are all at an angle where you would see them.. but I could be wrong..

Eric and FA, If you look in the photo above, McD(C)reamy has black under his white coat, perhaps that needs to change and I think Danielle is right, they do need tails, especially the 3rd closest.

Yeah, i see what you guys mean. DEF the cow in the middle behind the two in outfits, and perhaps a small bump in the back of the two closest to signify the tail is underneath the hospital outfits.

Thanks everyone! FA i wanted to push the tractulance more into the background but it either blended in with the barn or was too small to be easily recognized. As for the cows on the right, heh groping would be funny but hard to draw! I thought the more subtle approach of gossiping or possibly hitting on the other cow would be enough. I'll see what i can do though! Consider the name tag and tiller addition already done.

DG i see what you mean, i'll add a tail to the middle cow. The other tails should be under the cows scrubs. O hand i sent you an email back!

MG i tried out navy blue for the scrubs but liked the lighter blue better. I don't think the design needs another color just for McCreamy's undershirt. Thanks again for all of the input yous guys!

nice works so far, but why do the tractulance and the barnspital have a white cross on red ground? It should be the other way round, no?

Eric, I was suggesting a black undershirt for McCreamy. There would not be another colour as black is already in the design.

Gotcha ED....maybe instead of them hooking up or something like that you can draw one of the cows with one of their legs over the other one's neck like they are trying to draw them closer, or maybe one whispering in the other ones ears and one of the cows has a big shocked expression or has a raised eyebrow listening intently. that might work a bit better, this puppy's almost done!

Indeed, looing great Eric and FA, I also do kinda agree with ndstillie, the barn and tractor do look swiss, but all the other updates are great!

The hospital elements of the tractor and barn are some of the most essential jokes of the whole piece to tie it in with the medical aspect of the show tho! lol. Hmmm, I think we might just have to risk it regarding those pieces. Or we could put them in a different color and reverse them like ndstillie suggested, although i REALLY like the composition right now. thanks a ton for the compliments and suggestions guys, we appreciate them!
