I don't really. Just wondering if the rest of the world gives a hoot?
Anyway, the Cats or the Hawks?

A giant inflatable dog turd by American artist Paul McCarthy blew away from an exhibition in the garden of a Swiss museum, bringing down a power line and breaking a greenhouse window before it landed again, the museum has said. The art work, titled "Complex S**t", is the size of a house. The wind carried it 200 metres from the Paul Klee Centre in Berne before it fell back to Earth in the grounds of a children's home, said museum director Juri Steiner. The inflatable turd broke the window at the children's home when it blew away on the night of July 31, Steiner said. The art work has a safety system which normally makes it deflate when there is a storm, but this did not work when it blew away. Steiner said McCarthy had not yet been contacted and the museum was not sure if "Complex S**t" would be put back on display. http://news.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=612682 O.M.F.G. Hi all - been here for quite a while now *stalking* and am bored at work so i wondered if any of you had any music suggestions for me to check out. I like indie/art school stuff, madchester, folk, drone, lo-fi electro; pretty much anything not in the charts.
In return I suggest to you all two of Australia's finest: Gerling and Dappled Cities Fly (often known simply as Dappled Cities, especially in the US). I have others, but you'll have to ask nicely. Oh, and I will be expecting to see THAT cat. This is my first blog, after all. |
I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
I'm new here.
I'm a designer. I love indie music, beat poetry, post abstract expressionist/pre pop art, my partner & my 2 sons, noodle & beef salad, random urban weirdness, tasmania, and funky t-shirts (of course). I will submit soon... |
