honestly, it just depends on the couple, it isn't something that can be generalized.

my sister has been in a successful four year long distance relationship. when they are with each other their happiness spreads.

my brother is soon to be in a long distance relationship when his girlfriend graduates college and they have a really solid relationship that it's okay.

so i hope success to you too...

Long distance relationships suck.

It's like being lonely... only it's amplified so much by the fact that the only person that can make you feel better is 1,000 or whatever miles away and it's like lonely x 3000.
