yes, i'm very displeased. twards the creases especially. not only that, but on the back of the neck there's a big faded area with no letters at all, and in the front the collar is ripped.
You can see this in the product pictures, look before you buy. I think it adds to the newsprint feel but it's sold out in my size so I have to wait until they (hopefully) reprint it.
It would be nice if there was some mention of this on the page. It's hard to see it in the profile pictures unless you've seen it for yourself; it's vaguely noticeable in the second one, and while it's obvious in the last one, that one seems less severe than my own(there's no actual smudging, just a boldface effect).
That said, if I had the option to return it for this I would not take it, because the shirt is great and the pattern repeats, so nothing is lost. Woe if you were hoping to find a word in your armpit that you can find in a dozen other places on the shirt (though I do wish that it repeated a -little- bit less than it does; I feel like I see "horselephant" no matter where I look at the entire front).
I don't mind the natural belt printing smudging, except when it smudges off the bottom of "Rabbit". People don't get the shirt when they can't read rabbit. Anyway, I love the design anyway. I want more!
That's a really odd place for smudging to happen. It should only happen near edges and seams and not in the middle of the tee. If I were you I'd return for an exchange. If you're concerned that it's out of stock we keep a few extras for exchanges.
i have really bad splotchy areas near the side seams of the shirt, and there are areas under the arms where the shirt was creased and didnt get printed on.
there are some faded areas by the neck of the shirt on mine also.
i will have to get around to uploading some pictures.
Wow, it really is smudged! I got mine today and all along the sides its smudged. Also, it feels different than normal threadless shirts... less comfortable...
Yeah mine is smudged really bad. A lot of huge blobs of black ink and places with no letters. I didn't wash it with the rest of my shirts, worrying about all the extra ink transfering. It would look look pretty cool and more original like that had my shirt had less ink everywhere. I would have been pleased with one of the shirts in the profile pictures, but mine is pretty bad. Guess printing was also a little rushed because of the sale though.

Woah, I never knew that! I always thought once it sold out, you could only get a refund. But I think the smudge is not bad enough to warrant a return, I loooove the shirt. But its good to keep in mind, thanks!
I thought the printing on this shirt was extra cool because of the issues with printing it. Mine over laps letters a little down the sides and smudges around the neck. I thought it looked like an old school typewritter and was really excited about it. When something looks like that just wear and own up to it like you meant for it to be like that. Stop complaining.
