So, I totally love this shirt! I wanted to buy it in the sale, but I was too late, it was sold out in both Girly S and Girly M.After reading the blogs, I decided to buy the Kids 12 size. I buy Kids sizes in other shops sometimes, cause they're cheaper and sometimes they have nicer colors! :P But I hadn't bought one from here, so I was a little worried about it fitting okay. However, it arrived this morning and I just tried it on! For any other girls thinking of buying a Kids 12: * The neck fits fine - I don't have a tiny head, but it wasn't tight at all * The sleeves fit fine as well - my arms are a little skinny, but again, it wasn't tight there either * The 'body' of the shirt is actually a bit loose, the shirt feels and looks bigger on me than a Girly M does! I might even consider going for a Kids 10 next time if it wasn't for my next point: * The shirt is really short. It probably doesn't help that I am tall (5"9"), but the Kids shirt is a good few inches shorter than my usual Girly M. I don't like my shirts too short since I normally wear low-rise jeans, so this one is just on the edge...any shorter and it would have been too short for me to wear - I'd be constantly exposing my belly button to the world! I'm gonna have to be careful with washing it from that point of view. But hey - at least I now own this totally rocking design! :D |
